Ludwig and Company’s Executive Board assembles the best management team both at the corporate level and onsite for each individual property. We maintain regional teams consisting of directors of compliance, maintenance, accounting and technical services. These Regional Directors support onsite property staff through weekly site visits, consistent communications, occupancy and leasing report review and analysis, and assuring that all information being prepared onsite is accurate and complete. To complete the loop, Ludwig and Company’s Executive Board meet with the Regional Directors weekly to review each asset, examining current occupancy, leasing and reputation statistics, delinquencies, collections, property personnel, upcoming inspections, planned resident social programs, ongoing capital improvements, and other maintenance issues. Taken together, this hands-on process ensures that our properties turn a profit for each and every client.
