BUILDS RELATIONSHIPS
Richard Goldstein has been a member of Ludwig and Company since 1988. As Vice President he is responsible for supervising the day to day operations of all Ludwig's market rate properties. Most recently he was instrumental in the development and on going management of an number of luxury North Shore Illinois  apartment projects .   

Mr. Goldstein received a B.S. degree  from De Paul University Chicago Illinois and a J.D. degree at IIT Chicago Kent. He currently serves as a board member of The Chicagoland Apartment Association
