MEET ROSEMARY WELLINGTON,
DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE

Rosemary Wellington is the Director of Compliance for Ludwig and Company. Her responsibilities include training and auditing for all LIHTC Section 42 and HUD Section 8 accounts. She is the liaison between Ludwig and Company and the asset management at HUD, IHDA, IRS, tax credit syndicators and owner/clients.

Rosemary has been involved in property management since 1985. Her experience includes but is not limited to the management of day to day operations with several communities, overseeing the renovation process of many communities worth millions of dollars and initial Section 42 certifications.

She has managed commercial properties, communities with market rate, class 9, section 8 and section 42 programs. In her tenure she has successfully passed all inspections and city, state and federal audits without any chargeable findings.
